These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of 24 Cine Crafts Website, located at https://actorinyou.com.

ACTOR IN YOU™ is a direction-focused actor development experience created by Prabhuraj and owned, operated, administered, and powered by 24 Cine Crafts®.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant and 24 Cine Crafts® in relation to participation in ACTOR IN YOU™, including its sessions, programs, events, digital resources, communications, materials, and related activities.

By registering, submitting information, making payment, accessing, attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with ACTOR IN YOU™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable policies, guidelines, requirements, instructions, or communications issued by ACTOR IN YOU™ and/or 24 Cine Crafts® from time to time.

1. ABOUT ACTOR IN YOU™

ACTOR IN YOU™ is a direction-focused actor development experience created and operated by 24 Cine Crafts®, designed to help actors gain clarity, build confidence, avoid years of unnecessary struggle, and focus on what genuinely matters in building a sustainable acting career.

Built on the belief that "Acting is learnt, not taught," ACTOR IN YOU™ is designed to provide perspective, preparation, and practical guidance drawn from decades of experience in theatre, filmmaking, storytelling, and working with actors across different stages of their journey.

Through a 3-Hour Immersive Session and the accompanying 90-Day Actor Blueprint, participants receive practical insights intended to help them avoid common mistakes, develop a stronger understanding of the profession, gain direction, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

ACTOR IN YOU™ is led by filmmaker, director, and theatre practitioner Prabhuraj, whose experience across theatre, cinema, actor development, and mentorship forms an integral part of the program.

From time to time, ACTOR IN YOU™ may, at its sole discretion, invite industry professionals, filmmakers, casting professionals, performers, or other guests to contribute additional perspectives and insights. The availability, participation, and involvement of such guests shall not be guaranteed and may vary from session to session.

ACTOR IN YOU™ is an informational and developmental program intended to support personal and professional growth. It should not be interpreted as an acting institute, degree program, certification authority, talent agency, casting agency, employment service, management company, placement service, or guarantee of professional success.

Participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ does not guarantee auditions, casting opportunities, representation, employment, industry access, professional advancement, income, or career success. Individual outcomes will vary and depend upon each participant's effort, preparation, commitment, circumstances, and actions beyond the program.

ACTOR IN YOU™ is an independent program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, represented by, or officially connected to FTII, NSD, any acting institute, casting agency, talent management company, production house, broadcaster, streaming platform, government authority, or educational institution unless expressly stated in writing by ACTOR IN YOU™.

2. REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

Registration for ACTOR IN YOU™ begins upon successful submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable Seat Reservation Fee.

Payment of the Seat Reservation Fee reserves a participant's place in the selected batch and enables further communication regarding the program.

As seating capacity is limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability.

Following registration, participants may receive additional information relating to session schedules, venue details, participation formats, reporting instructions, program updates, and payment requirements for the applicable balance program fee.

Submission of a registration form alone does not guarantee participation, reserve a seat, or constitute a confirmed registration.

Registration and participation shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment verification, compliance with the applicable registration requirements, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to refuse, defer, suspend, cancel, or revoke any registration or participation where deemed necessary for operational, administrative, safety, legal, compliance, integrity, or participant-experience reasons.

The organisers further reserve the right to verify participant information and request additional details where reasonably necessary to administer the program effectively.

3. PROGRAM FEES

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Seat Reservation Fee of ₹500 is payable at the time of registration to reserve a participant's place in an ACTOR IN YOU™ batch.

As seating capacity is limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

The Seat Reservation Fee forms part of the applicable program fee and shall be adjusted against the final amount payable by the participant.

Submission of a registration form without payment does not reserve a seat and does not constitute a confirmed registration.

Founding Batch Fees

As part of the official launch of ACTOR IN YOU™, participants may access the program at special Founding Batch rates.

Online Participation

Founding Batch Fee: ₹1,500

Regular Program Fee: ₹5,000

Offline Participation (Mumbai Only)

Founding Batch Fee: ₹2,500

Regular Program Fee: ₹7,500

The Founding Batch Fee is a limited introductory offer and may be modified, revised, withdrawn, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Upon completion of the Founding Batch period, the standard program fees shall apply.

The ₹500 Seat Reservation Fee forms part of the Founding Batch Fee and is adjusted against the balance payable.

Payment Requirements

Participants may be required to complete payment of the applicable balance program fee before receiving final venue details, reporting instructions, session schedules, access credentials, participation confirmations, learning resources, or other program-related information.

All payments relating to ACTOR IN YOU™ shall be collected, processed, administered, and received by 24 Cine Crafts® through authorised payment channels only, including:

Razorpay Checkout
QR Code Payments
Bank Transfers (where officially provided)
Other authorised payment methods communicated by the organisers

ACTOR IN YOU™ and 24 Cine Crafts® reserve the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or revoke participation where payment verification cannot be completed, payment obligations remain outstanding, or registration requirements have not been fulfilled.

Registration and participation shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment verification, acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions, and compliance with all registration requirements.

The organisers reserve the right to revise program fees, payment structures, batch capacities, participation categories, promotional offers, and pricing policies at any time without prior notice.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All registration fees, seat reservation fees, program fees, deposits, instalments, partial payments, and any other amounts paid towards participation in ACTOR IN YOU™, whether collected, processed, administered, or received by 24 Cine Crafts®, shall be deemed final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except where expressly required by applicable law.

Upon registration and payment, a participant's seat is reserved and operational, administrative, venue, planning, coordination, and program-related arrangements begin based on confirmed registrations.

Participants are therefore strongly advised to carefully review all program information and confirm their availability before registering and making payment.

No refunds, credits, adjustments, compensation, or fee reversals shall be provided for, including but not limited to:

Change of personal plans or circumstances
Scheduling conflicts
Travel or accommodation issues
Personal or professional commitments
Medical or personal emergencies
Failure to attend the session
Partial attendance
Late arrival
Early departure
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
Failure to read or review program information, updates, instructions, or communications
Voluntary withdrawal from the program
Inability to participate due to personal circumstances
Change of mind after registration or payment
Venue, schedule, format, speaker, guest contributor, or operational adjustments made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

In exceptional circumstances, including genuine medical emergencies, ACTOR IN YOU™ may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, permit participation in a future session, subject to availability and any conditions deemed appropriate by the organisers.

Such accommodation shall not constitute a refund, credit, transfer right, compensation, or guaranteed entitlement and shall remain entirely at the discretion of the organisers.

5. TRANSFER POLICY

Registrations, reserved seats, program access, and participation rights are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, shared, gifted, or otherwise provided to another individual without the prior written approval of ACTOR IN YOU™.

Any request to transfer a registration shall be considered solely at the discretion of the organisers and may be subject to verification, administrative requirements, deadlines, additional charges, or other conditions deemed necessary.

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to refuse any transfer request without providing a reason.

Approval of a transfer request in one instance shall not create any obligation, precedent, or entitlement for future transfer requests.

Unauthorised transfers, resales, substitutions, or attempts to gain access using another participant's registration may result in cancellation of participation without refund, credit, compensation, or future claim.

6. SESSION FORMAT, VENUE & EVENT CHANGES

ACTOR IN YOU™ may be conducted in online, offline, hybrid, or other formats as determined by the organisers.

Sessions may be organised in different cities, venues, locations, or digital platforms based on operational requirements, program planning, and participant demand.

Venue details, reporting instructions, schedules, access information, participation guidelines, and other operational details may be communicated separately after registration and completion of the applicable payment requirements.

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to:

Change venues or locations
Change session timings
Modify schedules or reporting times
Reschedule or postpone sessions
Change session formats (online, offline, or hybrid)
Adjust program structure or flow
Alter session duration
Update, revise, or modify program content
Introduce additional learning materials or resources
Invite guest contributors or industry professionals, where appropriate
Make any operational changes necessary for the successful delivery of the program

Such changes may occur due to operational, logistical, technical, travel-related, health, safety, legal, venue-related, administrative, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of significant changes through the contact information provided during registration.

While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the program as planned, participants acknowledge that certain adjustments may occasionally be necessary in order to ensure the quality, safety, and successful delivery of the experience.

Such adjustments shall not, by themselves, constitute grounds for refund, compensation, damages, chargebacks, or other claims against ACTOR IN YOU™, 24 Cine Crafts®, its organisers, mentors, representatives, partners, or affiliates.

7. MENTOR & SPEAKER AVAILABILITY

ACTOR IN YOU™ is led by filmmaker, director, and theatre practitioner Prabhuraj, whose experience, perspective, and mentorship form a core part of the program.

While every reasonable effort will be made to conduct the program as planned, circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control may occasionally require adjustments to session schedules, speaker participation, guest contributions, program delivery, or related arrangements.

In such circumstances, ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, restructure, supplement, or otherwise modify aspects of the program in order to ensure its continued quality, continuity, and successful delivery.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

Any such adjustments shall be made in good faith and in the interests of maintaining the participant experience and shall not, by themselves, constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation, chargeback, damages, or other claims.

8. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

ACTOR IN YOU™ is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, safe, and high-quality environment for all participants, mentors, guest contributors, speakers, organisers, and representatives.

Participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ is intended for individuals who are committed to learning, growth, meaningful engagement, and professional conduct. All participants are expected to interact with integrity, maturity, mutual respect, and personal responsibility throughout the program and any associated activities, communications, discussions, or interactions.

The following conduct may result in immediate removal from the program, restriction from future participation, or other action deemed appropriate by ACTOR IN YOU™, without refund, compensation, credit, or liability:

Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or coercive behaviour
Abusive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate conduct
Discrimination, hate speech, or behaviour that undermines the dignity or safety of others
Verbal, physical, unlawful, or disruptive misconduct
Behaviour that negatively affects the experience of participants, mentors, or organisers
Intoxication or behaviour influenced by alcohol, narcotics, or prohibited substances
Unauthorised recording, reproduction, distribution, publication, sharing, or commercial use of program content, materials, discussions, participant information, or intellectual property
Misrepresentation of identity, registration details, participation rights, or affiliations
Breach of participant privacy, confidentiality, or trust
Solicitation, recruitment, promotion, sales activity, or unauthorised commercial activity during the program
Any conduct reasonably considered harmful, unsafe, unlawful, unethical, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values, objectives, or participant experience of ACTOR IN YOU™

Participants are expected to respect differing viewpoints, maintain professional boundaries, and contribute positively to the overall experience.

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to investigate concerns, deny access, remove participants, restrict future participation, or take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, safety, quality, and reputation of the program.

All decisions relating to participant conduct shall be final.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

ACTOR IN YOU™ may photograph, film, record, livestream, document, or otherwise capture portions of sessions, programs, events, participant interactions, discussions, testimonials, performances, activities, and related program content for educational, promotional, marketing, publicity, archival, documentation, training, social media, website, and future program purposes.

By registering for, attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with ACTOR IN YOU™, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, testimonials, statements, likenesses, voices, performances, names, images, and other media content may be captured during the program.

Participants grant ACTOR IN YOU™ the right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, adapt, archive, communicate, and otherwise utilise such content, in whole or in part, across any current or future media, platform, publication, website, digital asset, marketing material, promotional campaign, or communication channel.

Participants acknowledge that no compensation, royalty, fee, approval right, ownership interest, or additional permission shall be required for such use.

ACTOR IN YOU™ shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use any such content and may edit, modify, combine, reproduce, excerpt, or adapt materials for lawful business, educational, promotional, or operational purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in official photographs or recordings must notify the organisers in writing prior to the commencement of the session. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from group photographs, audience footage, event documentation, or incidental recordings cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in this section shall permit the use of participant content in a manner that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, service marks, branding, logos, names, designs, graphics, text, written materials, presentations, session content, frameworks, methodologies, concepts, exercises, templates, blueprints, guides, workbooks, digital resources, recordings, videos, audio content, documents, downloads, educational materials, and other content made available through ACTOR IN YOU™ are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise used under the authority of 24 Cine Crafts®, the owner and operator of ACTOR IN YOU™.

Participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ does not grant participants any ownership rights, licence, commercial rights, or intellectual property interests in any program content, materials, trademarks, branding, or proprietary information.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, participants shall not directly or indirectly:

Reproduce or copy program materials
Record, capture, or archive sessions
Distribute, publish, share, transmit, or circulate content
Republish materials in any format
Upload content to websites, social media platforms, or digital channels
Sell, licence, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Use program content for training, coaching, teaching, consulting, or commercial purposes
Represent ACTOR IN YOU™ materials as their own work
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, recording, publication, disclosure, or commercial exploitation of program materials may result in immediate removal from the program, restriction from future participation, legal action, injunctive relief, claims for damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as transferring, assigning, licensing, or otherwise granting any intellectual property rights to participants.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

ACTOR IN YOU™ respects the privacy of its participants and will make reasonable efforts to handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Any personal information, contact details, registration data, communications, discussions, experiences, opinions, feedback, or other information shared by participants during registration, program activities, networking interactions, community discussions, or related communications should be treated with discretion and respect.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy, confidentiality, and trust of fellow participants and shall not disclose, distribute, publish, record, reproduce, or share personal information, contact details, private discussions, sensitive information, testimonials, or other confidential communications obtained through ACTOR IN YOU™ without the prior consent of the individual concerned.

Participants acknowledge that sessions may involve the voluntary sharing of personal experiences, professional challenges, career aspirations, creative ideas, opinions, or other sensitive information. All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful environment that encourages open discussion while honouring the privacy of others.

ACTOR IN YOU™ cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality among participants; however, any breach of participant privacy, confidentiality, or trust may result in removal from the program, restriction from future participation, or other action deemed appropriate by the organisers.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ACTOR IN YOU™ from using information where required by law, regulatory obligation, legal process, participant safety concerns, or as otherwise permitted under its Privacy Policy.

12. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Participants may, from time to time, be invited to join official ACTOR IN YOU™ community groups, discussion forums, networking platforms, messaging groups, online communities, or other communication channels established for participant engagement, collaboration, networking, learning, and professional development.

Participation in any such community is voluntary.

While ACTOR IN YOU™ may facilitate opportunities for interaction, collaboration, learning, networking, and information sharing among participants, ACTOR IN YOU™ does not guarantee collaborations, projects, auditions, casting opportunities, representation, employment, professional engagements, financial gain, business relationships, or any specific outcome arising from community participation.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own interactions, decisions, collaborations, communications, and professional relationships established through community activities.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither ACTOR IN YOU™, nor 24 Cine Crafts®, nor any of their organisers, mentors, speakers, guest contributors, employees, representatives, contractors, consultants, service providers, partners, venue providers, affiliates, or associated personnel shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage, expense, claim, liability, cost, or inconvenience arising out of or relating to participation in the program.

This includes, without limitation:

Personal injury or illness
Loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property
Travel, accommodation, or transportation costs
Business interruption or professional loss
Loss of opportunity, income, revenue, contracts, or earnings
Emotional distress or disappointment
Technical failures, internet disruptions, platform outages, or communication issues
Venue-related issues or third-party service failures
Actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from information, insights, guidance, opinions, or discussions shared during the program
Acts or omissions of participants, third parties, venues, suppliers, or service providers
Any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind

ACTOR IN YOU™ is intended as an informational and developmental experience. Participants remain solely responsible for their personal, professional, financial, legal, creative, and career-related decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Every participant's journey, circumstances, opportunities, abilities, effort, preparation, and career path are unique.

ACTOR IN YOU™ is designed to provide guidance, perspective, practical insights, and developmental support; however, participation in the program does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, achievement, or level of success.
Completion of the 90-Day Actor Blueprint does not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, financial, personal, career-related, or industry outcome.

Without limitation, ACTOR IN YOU™ does not guarantee:

Acting success
Auditions
Casting opportunities
Industry introductions or access
Representation by agents or managers
Employment or professional engagements
Income or financial gain
Career progression or advancement
Professional recognition or visibility
Skill development at any particular rate or level
Any specific personal, creative, or professional outcome

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, experiences, opinions, observations, recommendations, industry insights, or success stories shared during the program are provided solely for informational, educational, and illustrative purposes.

Such examples should not be interpreted as promises, projections, assurances, guarantees, or representations of likely outcomes for any participant.

Participants acknowledge that individual results may vary significantly and depend upon numerous factors beyond the control of ACTOR IN YOU™, including but not limited to personal effort, preparation, commitment, talent, consistency, market conditions, industry dynamics, timing, opportunities, and individual circumstances.

All decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ remain solely the responsibility of the participant.

15. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By registering for, applying to, making payment towards, attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with ACTOR IN YOU™, participants consent to receive communications relating to the program and its associated activities.

Such communications may include, but are not limited to:

Registration confirmations and updates
Payment confirmations and reminders
Session schedules and reporting instructions
Venue details and logistical information
Program announcements and important updates
Learning resources and participant materials
Community-related communications
Future sessions, programs, events and opportunities offered through ACTOR IN YOU™
Relevant educational, informational, or professional development communications

Communications may be delivered through any contact information voluntarily provided by the participant, including:

Email
WhatsApp
SMS
Telephone calls
Official social media platforms
Online community platforms
Other communication channels reasonably used for program administration

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and up to date.

ACTOR IN YOU™ shall not be responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact information, technical issues, spam filtering, network failures, messaging restrictions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Participants may request to opt out of promotional or marketing communications at any time; however, ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to continue sending operational, administrative, legal, payment-related, safety-related, or program-related communications that are necessary for the administration and delivery of the program.

16. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PLATFORMS

ACTOR IN YOU™ may utilise websites, payment gateways, registration platforms, communication tools, social media platforms, digital services, software applications, online communities, and other third-party technologies to facilitate registrations, payments, communications, content delivery, participant engagement, and program administration.

Participants acknowledge and agree that such third-party platforms, services, and providers operate independently and are governed by their own terms of use, privacy policies, community guidelines, and operational practices.

ACTOR IN YOU™ does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the availability, security, functionality, content, policies, actions, omissions, interruptions, technical failures, or practices of any third-party platform, service provider, website, payment gateway, social media platform, communication service, hosting provider, or external website.

Participants access and use third-party services at their own discretion and are encouraged to review the applicable terms, policies, and practices of such providers before using their services.

ACTOR IN YOU™ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, interruption, unauthorised access, data breach, technical issue, service outage, payment processing issue, communication failure, or other consequences arising from the use of third-party platforms or services beyond its reasonable control.

Links to external websites or third-party services are provided solely for convenience and informational purposes and shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, or guarantee by ACTOR IN YOU™.

17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & POLICIES

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, amend, revise, replace, supplement, or discontinue any part of these Terms & Conditions, policies, procedures, program guidelines, operational practices, fees, services, offerings, or participant requirements at any time.

Such modifications may be made to reflect operational needs, legal requirements, business considerations, program improvements, participant experience enhancements, or other circumstances deemed relevant by the organisers.

Where reasonably appropriate, updated versions may be published through official ACTOR IN YOU™ communication channels, platforms, or websites.

Continued registration, payment, participation, access to program materials, attendance at sessions, use of services, or engagement with ACTOR IN YOU™ following the publication or communication of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions and related policies.

Participants who do not agree with any revised terms should discontinue further participation in ACTOR IN YOU™.

18. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in ACTOR IN YOU™ is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

Participants under the age of 18 years may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

ACTOR IN YOU™ reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or parental/guardian consent where reasonably necessary.

19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to ACTOR IN YOU™, its programs, registrations, payments, services, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Participants may request removal from promotional or marketing communications at any time; however, operational, administrative, legal, payment-related, safety-related, and program-related communications may continue where reasonably necessary.

ACTOR IN YOU™ may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer programs, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve services, or support legitimate business operations.
